Overview

Welcome to the next leg of your training with SFL. The RR&E marks an important step on your journey to success, as it allows you to map out areas you are interested in developing further, set the goals you wish to accomplish in the coming months, and establish the key milestones you set yourself to indicate your progress along the way.

A large part of the RR&E process is discovering which training and opportunities you would like to explore next in SFL. You have covered the basics and should have a good idea of what SFL does by now. Next, it’s time to start thinking about how you can maximize your time in SFL, to use it as a launchpad into a successful and freer future.

Take the time to craft an RR&E that suits your own ambitions while furthering the vision and mission of SFL. This will be your own personal map to success.
